How to Properly Press Tofu

3. Cut the Tofu

Cut the tofu into the desired shape and size. This step is optional, but it can make the pressing process more efficient. If you prefer, you can press the tofu in its block form.

4. Arrange the Tofu

Place the tofu in a flat dish or baking sheet. Make sure the tofu is in a single layer to allow for even pressing.
