Did I have a heart attack yesterday? This question raced through my mind as I lay in bed, clutching my chest, gasping for breath. The sudden onset of pain and discomfort had sent me into a panic, and I was desperate for answers. Heart attacks are a terrifying prospect, and the thought of experiencing one at such a young age was both frightening and overwhelming.

In the days leading up to the incident, I had been feeling a bit off. I had been experiencing some mild chest pain and shortness of breath, but I had brushed it off as stress or overexertion.
