First, open the Instagram app and tap on the camera icon at the top left corner of the screen. This will open the camera interface where you can start creating your story.

Step 2: Select a Photo or Video

In the camera interface, you will see options to take a photo or video, or you can choose a photo or video from your camera roll. Tap on the gallery icon at the bottom right corner to browse through your photos and videos.

Step 3: Choose a Background Image

Once you have selected a photo or video, tap on the “Add to Story” button at the bottom right corner. This will open the story editing options. Here, you will see a variety of filters, stickers, and text options. To add a background image, tap on the “More” button (three dots) at the bottom right corner.

Step 4: Select the Background Image

In the “More” menu, scroll down to find the “Background” option. Tap on it, and you will see a list of background images to choose from. You can select from Instagram’s preloaded background images or upload your own from your camera roll.

Step 5: Position and Resize the Background Image

After selecting a background image, it will appear behind your photo or video. You can position and resize the background image by tapping and dragging it around the screen. You can also pinch to zoom in or out to adjust the size of the background image.

Step 6: Add Additional Elements

Once you are satisfied with the background image, you can add additional elements like stickers, text, or filters to your story. Use the available tools in the story editing options to customize your content further.

Step 7: Share Your Story
